If you’re in the south Georgia region, you may have already experienced the magic of Hananel, aka Ms. Honeybun, or her creative work: she has taught music and voice lessons for over a decade, and most recently, directed Ragtime: The Musical for Thomasville Center for the Arts. Hananel has an honest wit, a warm laugh, and is an enthusiast about sharing her passion for the arts. She has two children, Mercy and Dunwoody.

Freedom. Abundance.
If you could die and come back reincarnated, what would you come back as?

What word or phrase do you overuse?
Sorry.
A physical attribute you love about yourself?
My gap tooth.

On time:
It’s either your assistant, or your tormentor.
Current state of mind?

A stick dulcimer.
On motherhood and artmaking:
Neither the mother nor the artist will survive without being honest about what they need.
